Events Diary updated

Okay folks, sorry it’s taken me a while but I’ve finally updated the Events Diary. This is a new addition for the new site and details all of my upcoming signings and events in both the UK and aboard. It also gives notice of some of the cool things I’m looking forward to in the coming calendar, such as movie and game releases.

Events show up as red on the calendar. Just click on them to bring up the details. All questions/queries can be left through the comments system, and I’ll do my very best to get back to you.

Batman: Arkham Asylum

August 28, 2009

Event: release of Batman: Arkham Asylum on all gaming platforms

It is high time us Dark Knight fans had a Batman game to get excited about and one that lives up to all the hype. Batman: Arkham Asylum looks like it might be it. Keeping the faith, I already have my order in…

The awesome trailer is below, and here’s the linky to the official site.

Man, it is about time we had a Ghostbusters revival. This game looks totally awesome and all I really need to do is decide which platform to buy it on. For your viewing pleasure, the trailer is below and here’s the linky for the official site.

Terminator Salvation

June 3, 2009

Event: The cinematic release of Terminator Salvation

Really looking forward to this movie, though trying to keep my expectations low. Big fan of Bale – let’s face it, he’s Batman, plus he kicked ass as Patrick Bateman in American Psycho. Should be a winner… fingers crossed.

Gamesfest 2009

October 24, 2009
12:00 amto6:00 pm

Event: Gamesfest Gaming Convention 2009

Venue: Watford Colosseum, Rickmansworth Road, Watford

This from the blurb: From the humble origins of a gaming collective to a one-day convention encompassing RPG’s, Board Games, CCG’s War Games, Comics, Books, Film, Video and PC Gaming.

This will be the first time I’ve attended Gamesfest and I’m very much looking forward to it. Not exactly sure what I’ll be doing per se, but it’s early days yet with plenty of time to firm up the details. Bring books and I’ll probably sign them!
