Sorry to hear about the cold, Nick. Hope you feel better!

I think it's great that all of the projects that the Black Library are working on at the moment (Tales of the Space Marines, Heroes of the Space Marines, etc.) are giving you the opportunity to continue to tell your Salamanders story. I don't think of your works as individual pieces - more that they are each parts of the larger tale. I also think it's great that you're focusing on all characters in your stories - not just the main ones.

As for sympathy, well - it's your Blog. I'm pretty sure you're entitled ;)

Woah, easy there Cecilia - no offence meant. :)

Not looking for sympathy here. Glad you like the books, though...

Hope you're feeling better soon Mr. Kyme. We want our Salamander fix!

I don't mind having a cold. I get to do Grandfather Nurgle's bidding while at work (unintentionally of course) and when I get home I get to lying in bed and be all snuggly and warm and watch stuff, play on my PS3 (my gaming style is the laziest in the world) or just sleep which I enjoy dping as much as possible anyway.

But despite the fact I'm not the healthiest person in the world, if I do get a cold it's never bad and only lasts no more than I week so I very rarely ail at all.

Sorry to hear you are feeling ill again Nick. Rest up and get better soon.

On the subject of TV to watch whilst recovering, have you ever watched Burn Notice?

I got taken out by something yakky a couple of weeks back too... uncharacteristically for me, I had a really high temperature and was going nowhere. I was off work for three days which is like, the longest time I've ever been off. Ever. I know what you mean by the 'staying at home feeling sorry for yourself thing', though.

Get well soon.

Hot toddies, me laddo!
